About Tipp City, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Tipp City is a charming historic town with about 10,000 residents.  It is located just outside of Dayton in Miami County, Ohio. Neither huge nor tiny, it is an ideal place for those who want the convenience of Dayton with a small town feel. This lovely community is filled with sunshine and warm breezes in the spring and summer. But, wait! The warm seasons give way to the lovely fallen leaves of autumn and, just like that, winter rolls in and the town is covered in stunning white snow.

If you are looking for something fun to do in the warmer months then get outdoors at one of the town’s municipal parks.  Park facilities include tennis courts and basketball courts, athletic fields, picnic shelters, playground equipment, a swimming pool, nature trails, a driving range, batting cages, a community canoe livery and boat ramp on the river. Nearby State Parks also include: Lake Loramie, Kiser Lake, Indian Lake, and Grand Lake St Mary’s. The warm summer months are perfect for swimming or fishing while the cool fall winds make for ideal hiking weather.

City Park is not just a great place to enjoy the outdoors, it is also home to a historic structure that is a favorite spot for family events, reunions and picnics, called the "Roundhouse.” Mum Festival Committee utilizes the facility for many events and the community also hosts a summer children’s program at the “Roundhouse.” This is a great way to get your kids out in the sun in the summer months. If history gets you excited, there is also Overfield Tavern, one of Ohio's oldest taverns, located in Troy. The only downside is that you can’t get a beer anymore. It is now a museum and would be a great place to get shelter from the cold and warm up in the heated indoors while learning a little bit about local history.  You can also make the short drive to Sidney to check out some of their beautiful and important historical buildings such as the Second Empire courthouse; the Gothic revival Monumental Building, and the early-modern People's Federal Savings and Loan Association (this is a national historic landmark.)
